adidas Women’s Community

Role: Creative Direction, Strategy

As the Creative Director for the adidas women’s community, I led two remote, cross-functional teams in crafting a series of influencer-driven events and activations that celebrated the athlete in every woman. Beginning in New York and expanding to Los Angeles, our challenge was to explore fresh ways to engage the targeted female consumer in her everyday life, and also to create a platform for authentic, adidas-branded photo and video content.

Our strategy insisted that to build brand love, you need more than just a program—you create a community. Focused on adding value to her life, our goal was to provide a lasting space for connection and meaningful conversation. A purpose-driven community, powered by the three stripes.
